Part One: Scope of Work
EBS Petroleum Company Limited. is to seek a company who has the qualified professional experience and can provide construction of Hardening Site Project in PTF2 and S2 FPF for EBS Oil Field, and technical requirement: survey and site levelling work, earthwork(soil and sub-base work), concrete work, mass concrete, pipe sleeve, steel pipe and the contractor should provide the related material and site service for hardening site project.
Part Two:
If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM on 8th April 2019 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp.BIDDER SHALL DOWNLOAD THE ATTACHED RECEIPT VOUCHER, FILL UP THE REQUIRED INFORMATION(ONLY GREEN HIGHLIGHTED ONE), AND PRINT OUT 2 COPIES AND SUBMIT TO C&P DEPT WHEN PURCHASING THE ITB.
Part Three:
1. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM on 16th April 2019 based on the ITB documents.
2. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.
Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with a value of 1% Commercial proposal value.
3. The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
4. In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the technical details of the project, please inform the C&P Dept. before the date of 14th April 2019 by Email to nidawei@ebspetroleum.com/wangshaoyu@ebspetroleum.com/ baoxiaofang@ebspetroleum.com / cp@ebspetroleum.com, for the purpose of swift answering before the bidding date.
