All personnel involved in EBS oil field shall NEVER practise following activities:

 Fraud or deception;

Disclosure confidential information to non-authorized persons;

Conspiracy for the purpose of surrounded bidding, accompanying bidding or corrupting a competitive bidder; 

Payments or promises of payments, directly or indirectly, of bribery, facilitation fees, grease fees, etc., gifts or entertainment to any government officers, or directors, staff, agents or representatives of EBS Petroleum Company Limited to influence any kind of decision-making process; and Any languages or behaviors in a way that could be seen as offensive, humiliating, malicious, discriminating, non-ethical, harassing or insulting by generally accepted common-sense and applicable laws.

Any other activities prohibited by applicable laws.

 

If anyone becomes aware of any activities breaking EBS Code of Conduct or violation of applicable laws, or feel that it is under pressure or seduction to become involved in activities breaking EBS Code of Conduct or violation of applicable laws, it is encouraged to contact EBS Petroleum Company Limited as follows:

Furthermore, Contractors and/or Subcontractors are also required to conduct all its activities as required under their respective contracts in accordance with the article of “General Business Ethics and EBS Code of Conduct”.
