EBS Petroleum Company Limited (hereafter referred to as “EBS”), a company existing under the laws of Hong Kong, with its headquarters in Hong Kong and the branch office registered in EBS COMPANY Camp, Nahrawan, Baghdad, Iraq, acting as Operator of EBS Oilfield, is pleased to make the following Pre-qualification Announcement:
| Objective | EBS is seeking companies who have the qualified international professional experience and can carry out casing supply for EBS Oilfield. |
| Requirement for the Pre-Qualification |

| Purpose of Pre-Qualification | The company which passes the pre-bidding clarification, will be invited in the future specialized tender. |
