Prequalification Announcement for Tender No:032-SC-19 Provision of Core description, Sample and Analysis service for EBSK-8-2

Scope of Work

172.38 meters cores have been acquired from well EBSK-8-2. Core description, slabbing, and plug sampling are required and also carrying out core analysis in certificated laboratory. EBS Petroleum Company Limited is seeking one company who have the qualified international professional experience and can carry out the service for EBS Petroleum Company Limited.

 

Part1: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements, ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH:  

1． General introduction of the participants  

Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, scope of business etc.) and Qualification certificate 

2. Professional qualification documents of the participants which must be relative to this project SOW

Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications, Bidder  should have certification and enough experience in carbonate reservoirs.

3． Introduction to the service capacity of the participants.

4． Bidder should have equipment and skills to carry out the following items (included but not limited):                                                                                                                                                porosity/permeability measurements at both ambient and overburden pressure, thin section petrography and porosity estimation,  MICP, MICP with constant rate injection, cathodoluminescence, SEM, core CT scan, XRD, C/O Isotopic, fluid Inclusion, saturated hydrocarbon GC-MS , NMR,  rock electrical properties,  oil/water rel perm at reservoir condition, oil/gas rel perm at reservoir condition, water drive experiment, gas drive experiment, wettability, reservoir sensitivity, paleomagnetic core orientation,  tri-axial compression, kaiser, and other  geomechanics related experiments.

5． At least 2 experienced professionals (Twenty years experiences in carbonate reservoir) should be in charge of core description, sampling and analysis.

6． Historical performance of participant’s company service in recent 3 years. 

7． Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third-party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates 

8． Other materials should be supplemented if needed

9． According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winners should afford the fees for public announcement. And it will be deducted from the contract payment directly.

All prequalification documents should be submitted before   3 June 2019, AM 11:00

(2) ONE DIGITAL DISC OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE READ AND COMPILE”

Note:   All participants shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of each package in separate envelopes marked Tender Name and Tender Number.
