EBS Petroleum Company Limited. would like to announce the tender. All the specialist companies who have the ability and experience can participate in this tender, to contact with EBS Petroleum Company Limited.\ C&P Dept, starting from this announcement date to get the tender documents by paying the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
Part One: Scope of work
EBS Petroleum Company Limited is to seek seven companies who have the qualified international professional experience in Iraq oil fields service market. The Scope of Work includes trunk road routing survey, engineering, construction, maintenance service for EBS OILFIELD trunk road. Trunk road rout is from S1 south, via CPF, to S2 camp. The total length of the road is about 55km. Trunk roads shall be 7m wide asphalt with 1.5m sub-base road shoulder in each side. All the whole work should be shared by ten companies with the same unit price.
If there are not enough seven qualified Companies with the same price list after negotiation, Company has the right to award to the confirmed companies and continues the project.
Part Two:
Deadline for purchase the ITB:
If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM on/before 30th June 2019 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp.
Deadline for Submit the Proposal:
All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM on 9th July 2019 based on the ITB documents.
Part Three:
1. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.
Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (One Original, One Copy, One USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (One Original, One Copy, One USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with USD 30,000.00.
2. The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
3. In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the project, please inform C&P Dept. before the date of 4th July 2019 by Email to baoxiaofang@ebspetroleum.com; wangshaoyu@ebspetroleum.com; cp@ebspetroleum.com , for the purpose of swift answering before the bidding date.
4. The winner company of the tender should pay the announcement fee.
