Provision of Geological and Engineering Proposal Service for East Baghdad Oil Field/Southern Part

Tender by: EBS Petroleum Company Limited, a company legally incorporated and validly existing under the laws of Hong Kong, with its headquarters in Hong Kong and the branch office registered in EBS Company Camp, Nahrawan, Baghdad, Iraq, as the Operator of East Baghdad Oil Field Southern Part.

 

Tender Title: Provision of Geological and Engineering Proposal Service for East Baghdad Oil Field/Southern Part

Tender Information: Scope of Work

EBS Petroleum Company Limited is to seek a qualified contractor who has strength in technology and with extensive experiences in both carbonate and clastic reservoir development to carry out Geological and Engineering Proposal Service for East Baghdad oil field/southern part.

Contractor shall perform study and design the implementation plan for the proposal, which include but not limited to the following:  a) Drilling Geological Proposal, b) Well Testing Geological Proposal c) Completion or Recompletion Geological Proposal, d) Workover Operation Proposal, e) Acidizing or Acid-fracturing Proposal

 

Part1: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the  following requirements, ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH:

1． General introduction of the participants

Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, scope of business etc.) and Qualification certificate.

2. Professional qualification documents of the participants, which must be relative to this project SOW:

Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications

3． Introduction to the service capacity of the participants

4．Similar historical performance of participant company service in recent 5 years.

Supporting documents on rich experience in geological and engineering proposal.

5．Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third-party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates

6． Other materials should be supplemented if needed

7． According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winners should afford the fees for public announcement. And It will be deducted from the contract payment directly.

Part 2: Prequalification document submitted time and address:

All prequalification documents should be submitted before 18th July 2019, AM 11:00

(1) ORIGINAL- PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS 

(2) COPY- PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS

(3) ONE USB flash OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE READ AND COMPILE

Important Notice: All participants shall submit one (1) original in sealed envelopes and MUST clearly marked Tender Name and Tender No and contact method including the mobile phone number and E-mail, address.
