EBS Petroleum Company Limited. would like to announce the tender above named for first time. All the specialist companies who have the ability and experience can participate in this tender, to contact with EBS Petroleum Company Limited.\ C&P Dept, starting from this announcement date to get the tender documents by paying the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
 
Part One: Scope of work
Contractor should supply two (2) Weighbridges, one (1) control room, accessories and with all spare parts.
Nominal Capacity: 100 Tons
Concentrated Load Capacity (CLC): 45 tons
Design Temperature: 85℃
Platform Length: 18.3 m
Platform Width: 3.35 m
Deck Thickness: Min. 9.5 mm
Conformity Standard: OIML R76-1 and OIML R76-2
Certification: ISO 9001/EN 45501/OIML
Part Two:
Deadline for purchase the ITB:
If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM on/before 1^st Jan, 2020 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp.
 
Part Three:
 

1. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM on 5^th Jan, 2020 based on the ITB documents.
2. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.

Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with a value of 1% Commercial proposal value.

3. The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
4. In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the project, please inform C&P Dept. before the date of 3^rd Jan 2020 by Email to zhangxianqiao@ebspetroleum.com; wangshaoyu@ebspetroleum.com; cp@ebspetroleum.com , for the purpose of swift answering before the bidding date.
5. The winner company of the tender should pay the announcement fee.
