Tender Information:
EBS Petroleum Company Limited would like to announce the tender above named. All the specialist companies who have the ability and experience can participate in this tender, to contact with EBS PETROLEUM COMPANY LIMITED\ C&P Dept, starting from this announcement date, to get the bidding documents by paying the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
 
Part One: Scope of work
EBS Petroleum Company Limited is to seek two qualified contractors for Provision of 30KVA generators rental service for security checkpoints and well sites of EBS project with the following brief scope of work.
1.Brand: Perkins.
2.The rental service covers but not limited to the provision of diesel tanks for generators and diesel oil, the production of platforms for placement of generators, control systems for generators, installation and commissioning of generators, provision of cables, connection of cables, and maintenance and repair of generators. transportation when the location changed.
3.The supplier must be able to provide at least 12 sets 30KVA  generators at the same time.
4.All above services must be supplied on-call service by Work Order from user Dept. Generator maintenance is available when getting on call.
 
Part Two:
If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM of  30^th Oct, 2019 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp. And all the person, who will come to buy the ITB documents, should be with the following documents for the company:
A: Authority letter and ID, who will buy the ITB, issued and stamped by the related company
B: Copy of Registered Company Document
C: A person can only represent a company
 
Part Three:
1.                   All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM of  30^th Oct, 2019 based on the ITB documents.
2.                   The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.
Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (one original and one copy, with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (one original and one copy, with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with a value of 1% Commercial proposal value.
3.                   The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s address and contact information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
