EBS Petroleum Company Limited. would like to announce the tender above named for first time. All the specialist companies who have the ability and experience can participate in this tender, to contact with EBS Petroleum Company Limited.\ C&P Dept, starting from this announcement date to get the tender documents by paying the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
 
Part One: Scope of work
The Company is seeking one Contractor to perform workover rig call-out service One firm year and One Optional year, which mainly involves with:
1) Completion engineering and Workover engineering service
2) Rig service
3) N/D and N/U X-mass tree
4) Tubing and drill pipe operation and make-up torque monitoring service
5) Pumping and squeezing service, setting cement plug(s), drilling out cement plug(s)
6) Assist in ESP operation
7) Assist in stimulation activities
8) Assist in DST and well testing service
9) Assist in TCP service
10)   Assist in wireline log or slicking service
11)   Mud pump service
12)   Pressure test
13)   Milling and fishing operations
14)   Basic fishing tools
15)   Bits and mills for 7” 29ppf and 9 5/8” 47ppf and 5 1/2” 23ppf
16)   Loader
17)   Provide workover fluid and well completion fluid, include water and materials.
18)   Waste Transportation
19)   Operation data monitoring, digital data recording and Others related rig operation
20)   H₂S monitor
21)   Personnel
22)   Operation programs, operation data acquisition and reporting.
23)   Etc.
 
 
 
 
Part Two:
Deadline for purchase the ITB:
If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM on/before 25^th Sep, 2019 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp.
 
Part Three:
 
1.        All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM on 9^th October 2019 based on the ITB documents.
2.        The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.
Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with a value of 1% Commercial proposal value.
3.        The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
4.        In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the project, please inform C&P Dept. before the date of 7^th October 2019 by Email to zhangxianqiao@ebspetroleum.com baoxiaofang@ebspetroleum.com; wangshaoyu@ebspetroleum.com; cp@ebspetroleum.com , for the purpose of swift answering before the bidding date.
5.        The winner company of the tender should pay the announcement fee.
