Tender Title: Provision of Supplying Demulsifier for PTF

Scope of Work
EBS Petroleum Company Limited to seek one companies who have the qualified international professional experience and can supply Demulsifier for PTF.
The "Demulsifier for PTF" shall be perchased for the light and heavy crude oil treatment consumption, should meet the following requirements:
1.The Demulsifier shall be packed in an ISO standard One-Cubic-Meter tank which has sufficient strength to avoid failure during handling and storage activities, the product information (such as: product name, name of manufacturer, Logo, production date, expiry date, material handling instruction, net weight, contract number & MSDS information, if possible) shall be clearly printed on all the mentioned ISO standard One-Cubic-Meter tanks.
2.The Demulsifier flash point (closed-up) shall be higher than 85 ℃(Treatment process temperature: 1st stage 60℃,2nd stage 85℃,electric desalination 85℃),the appearance shall be in liquid form, flow freely, without impurities and stratification.
3.The Demulsifier quality guarantee period shall be two 2 years.(valid period must after 2021.3.31)
4.The Demulsifier for light crude oil treatment shall be at proper injection rate which must below 100 ppm and for heavy crude oil treatment shall be at proper injection rate which must below 120 ppm.
5. The Demulsifier which supplied by the Bidder shall be capable to treat the crude oil product salt content no exceeding 28mg/l and water content no exceeding 0.15%.
6.The chemical specification of The Demulsifier should be unchanged and must be developed to give good results and to meet the requirements.
Part1: Samples: Participants should provide two samples: No.1 is A 3 X 500ml bottle of Demulsifier for light crude oil processing, No. 2 is A 3 X 500ml bottle of Demulsifier for heavy crude oil processing before 4:00 pm 22^nd September 2019

Part2: If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 4:00 PM of 19^th September 2019 at Nahrawan S2 Camp 
Part Three:
All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before 4:00 PM of 22^nd September 2019 based on the ITB documents.
The bidders shall submit the Proposals in the English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2 Camp before the deadline of tender mentioned above.
Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
A. Technical proposal (one original and one copy, with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
B. Commercial proposal (one original and one copy, with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
C. Bid Bond with a value of 1% Commercial proposal value.
The above required documents should be put in three different stamped and sealed envelopes and shall be submitted strictly in accordance with the ITB documents and the tender name, tender number and bidder’s address and contact information should be clearly mentioned on the envelope.
