All the specialist companies who have the ability and experience can participate in this tender, to contact with EBS Petroleum Company Limited.\ C&P Dept, starting from this announcement date to get the tender documents by paying the tender fee (100$) after fill and sign Bidding Documents Purchase Request.
 
Part One: Scope of Work:
To seek 2 Contractors who can provide mud logging service, including but not limited to:

1. Sampling and sample analysis
2. Continuous Monitoring, Recording and Graphic Presentation of Drilling Data
3. Real time Hydrocarbon Bearing Formation Evaluation with two separate Chromatograph systems to measure Gas In and Gas Out
4. Monitoring and Analysis of Drilling Fluids
5. Sampling and Analysis of Recovered Fluid/Gas Samples
6. Hydrogen Sulphide (H2S) Alarm system
7. Abnormal Pressure Detection Services
8. Real-time Pressure Evaluation and Early Kick Detection Service
9. Real Time Data Transmission Service
10. Real Time Data Display (Wireless Transmission)
11. Automatic Engineering Accident Forecasting Service
12. Computer System
13. Data and Programmed Storage
14. Records and Reports
15. Equipment maintenance and instruments calibration, other assistance to company representatives when ever required
16. Supply of Consumable
17. OFA-3DI OIL Three-dimensional Fluorescence Analysis service (optional service)
18. Geochemical logging including S0, S1, S2 and Tmax analysis (optional service)
19. Remote transmission of mud logging data and graph (optional service)

 
Part Two:

1. If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD 100.00 to purchase ITB documents before 04:00 PM on 4^th September 2019 at Nahrawan S2-1 Camp.

Part Three:

1. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond separately sealed before 4:00 PM on 4^th September 2019 based on the ITB documents.

2. The bidders shall submit the Proposals in English language to EBS Petroleum Company Limited, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp before the deadline of tender.

       Bidders Proposals shall consist of:
       A. Technical proposal (with one USB flash for the technical offer that can be read and compile).
       B. Commercial proposal (with one USB flash for the commercial offer that can be read and compile).
       C. Bid Bond at 1% of Commercial proposal value.

3. The above required papers shall be separately sealed and stamped on three envelopes, and shall be prepared in accordance with the ITB documents, of which the tender name, number and bidder’s information will be clearly mentioned on the cover of envelops.
4.  In the event of any necessary enquiry or clarification regarding the technical details of the project, please inform the C&P Dept. before the date of 2^nd September 2019 by Email: renxinfei@ebspetroleum.com / cp@ebspetroleum.com , for the purpose of answering as soon as possible before the bidding date.

       5.  The winner company of the tender should pay for the public announcement on newspapers.
