2. PRICE TERMS
? Prices should ONLY be stated in USD.
? Price shall include transportation, installation, commissioning. And quality warranty for one year.
? Final price shall be calculated by unit price and actual workload accepted by company.
? Price shall include Tax base on Iraqi law. According to the law No. (19) 2010, No.(5) 2011and its instructions, all tax amounts including withholding tax above mentioned will be transferred to General Committee of Taxation(GCT) of Iraq
3. PAYMENT
All payment will be paid within 60 days to the available bank account outside Iraq; otherwise the payment will be delay at least for six months.
4. Technical Requirement
Please refer to attached Scope of Work.
5. DOCUMENT REQUIREMENT
A: Commercial offer base on the price list above.
