2. PRICE TERMS

? Price shall be in US dollar. 

? Price including the transportation fees and all materials must have one-year quality guarantee.

? Contractor shall be responsible to pay all taxes and duties levied by Iraqi government according to the IRAQI taxation law. The Company shall deduct withholding tax from the payment. If the contractor fails to pay the tax in full and on time, causing Company to be punished by the relevant departments of the Iraqi Taxation Bureau, Company has the right to delay the payment or deduct the tax and fine from the payment. 

? The road check point permit will be contractor responsibility, all the issue happen during the transportation will be bear by contractor. 

? Every end of month contractor can submit the invoice of actual delivery and approval delivery note signed by Company to require the payment which base on the contract unit price. 

 

3. Delivery schedule Requirement

All items must be delivered according to the company instruction in batch. 

4 PAYMENT

Contractor will receive the payments that according to the WORK/JOB already complete and invoice was approved by user department and calculated by contract relevant unit price.

Relevant commercial invoices must been checked and approved by the financial department in one month. Relevant commercial invoices must been checked and approved by the financial department in one month.

 

5 DOCUMENT REQUIREMENT

A: technical offer of company CV

B: Commercial offer base on the price list above.

All these information shall be put in the sealed envelope separately by Technical and Commercial. And deliver to EBS project, Nahrawan S2-1 Camp by hand before 30th Dec 2018.
