Scope of Work
EBS Petroleum Company Limited is seeking one company who have the qualified international professional experience and can carry out Provision of Property Insurance Service, the scope of work including: physical damage, operator’s extra expense, third-party liability, environmental impact insurance, employer’s liability insurance, personal accident insurance, cash accident insurance, vehicle insurance.
Part1: Participants should provide relevant pre-qualification documents according to the following requirements, ALL THE DOCUMENTS MUST BE IN ENGLISH:
1． General introduction of the participants
? Company Profile (including relevant information on size of business, company introduction, scope of business etc.) and Qualification certificate
2. Professional qualification documents of the participants which must be relative to this project SOW
3． Supporting documents on domestic or international authenticated professional qualifications.
4． Introduction to the service capacity of the participants.
5． Bidding Partner: Bidder must clearly indicate one well-known international insurance broker on exclusive co-operating basis which has capabilities as required in the tender documents to provide the required services.
6． Bidder shall arrange with insurance company base on the requirement of Company to the extent needed, re-insurance placement for coverage on the international market for the part of exposure in excess of the insurance company’s net retention.
7． Historical performance of participant’s company service in recent 3 years.
8． Audit reports and financial statements audited by a third-party professional audit agency in recent three years and Bank credit certificates
9． Other materials should be supplemented if needed
10． According to Iraqi Laws, the bidding winners should afford the fees for public announcement. And it will be deducted from the contract payment directly.

(2) ONE DIGITAL VERSION OF PREQUALIFICATION DOCUMENTS THAT CAN BE READ AND COMPILE”
Note: All participants shall submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of each package in separate envelopes marked Tender Name and Tender Number.
